Consultation Fees

All consultation fees paid through the website are non-refundable.

This policy applies to:

• Follow-up consultations

• Review of medical reports and investigations

• Any appointment booked through the website or associated booking platforms

Appointment Rescheduling

If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, you may request a reschedule by contacting us at least 24 hours before the appointment time.

Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may be accommodated at the sole discretion of the clinic.

Missed Appointments

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a missed appointment. Consultation fees for missed appointments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Technical Issues

In the event that a consultation cannot be conducted due to technical issues on our side, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule the appointment at no additional charge.

Exceptional Circumstances

Any exception to this policy will be considered solely at the discretion of Fever & Beyond with Dr. Divya.
